1 teaspoon and 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Preparation Method
Fry the green onions and garlic in a pan and put them in a big bowl. Squeeze out lemon and orange and grate their peels. Add the grated peels, soybean sauce, honey, red pepper, cumin and coriander to the onion. Slice the chicken breast, add it to the mixture and marinade them for 15 minutes. Fry the breasts in a pan to white and put them back in the bowl. In a small pot mix orange juice, wheat pudding and the marinade, boil the mixture until becomes thick and add the meat. Serve with lettuce leaves.

Preparation Method
Chop the onion and garlic and fry in a pan, add hot red pepper and the other spices. Chop the hen in small pieces and put it in the sauce. Fry it for 5 minutes at a moderate temperature without letting it burn. Pour over hot water, cover it and let it stew. Gradually add hot water. When the meat is done drain the sauce. Sprinkle with lemon juice.
