300g peas
1 onion
1/2 liter bouillon
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tea cup cream
100g smoked salmon
lemon juice
curry “BIOSET”
black pepper “BIOSET”
mint “BIOSET”

Preparation Method
Chop the onion and fry it in the butter without letting it brown. Add the peas, bouillon and curry and boil. When the soup is ready strain it and season with salt, mint, black pepper and lemon juice. Slice the fish thinly and add the cream and fish to the soup.
Lentils soup with beet leaves
Ingredients
500g lentils
1 teacup olive oil
beet leaves
1 rope of mint
1 onion
lemon juice
pimento “BIOSET”
black pepper “BIOSET”
lentils seasoning “BIOSET”
salt on taste
Preparation Method
Boil the lentils in 2 liters of water. When the lentils is almost ready add the salt, beet leaves and the olive oil. When the lentils and leaves are boiled add the chopped mint, smashed garlic, lemon juice on taste, black pepper and pimento. Serve powdered with lentils seasoning “BIOSET”.
