8 hard-boiled eggs
1 mayonnaise
½ yoghurt
2 cloves of garlic
curry “BIOSET”
black pepper “BIOSET”
Egg Seasoning “BIOSET”
parsley

Preparation Method
Peel the eggs, cut them into halves and put in a plate.
Mix the mayonnaise and yoghurt to prepare a sauce, season with smashed garlic, parsley, black pepper, curry and salt to taste. Pour this sauce over the eggs. Season with eggs seasoning and garnish with parsley.
Mushroom Appetizer
Ingredients
8 French rolls
300g chicken meat
150g mushrooms
50g carrots
50g onion
20g butter
50g yellow cheese
15g flour
150ml fresh milk
30ml vegetable oil
black pepper “BIOSET” and salt on taste
Preparation Method
Wash the carrots and onion, pour over cold water and boil them up. Add chicken meat and boil until the meat becomes ready. Bone the boiled meat and cut it into small pieces. Prepare bechamel sauce.
Cut mushrooms into small pieces and sauté them in the butter. Add the chicken meat and mushrooms to the sauce, season with salt and black pepper. Cut the top of the French rolls, rip them out and fill them with the prepared mixture. Bake at 250º, before the appetizer is cooked sprinkle with grated yellow cheese.
