Preparation Method
Cut the meat into cubes and boil in a pot with cold water. Simmer until the pork is done. Cut the potatoes into halves, slice the carrots, peppers and onion thinly. Put all products in a pot and pour in the pork stock. Add spices and simmer on a slow fire until the vegetables are ready.
For the sauce: 3 tablespoons of melted butter
3 tablespoons flour
1/2 tea cup fresh milk
black pepper "BIOSET"
nutmeg "BIOSET"
Preparation Method
Mix the minced meat with 2 eggs, parsley, onion, black pepper, cumin, vinegar and 1/2 cup of water. Divide the mixture into 4 to form the beefsteaks, roll them in breadcrumbs, flour and fry them in the frying pan. Boil the macaroni in salted water, strain them and put them in the pot. Pour in the melted butter and grated yellow cheese. Prepare bechamel sauce, season with black pepper and nutmeg. Arrange the beefsteaks in 4 plates garnish with tomato and hard boiled egg, add the macaroni sprinkled with the sauce.
