Boil the lobsters and when they get cold cut them into pieces. Fry the onion and garlic in hot oil without letting brown then add lobsters. Cut one of the lemons into circles, arrange them in a plate, put the lobsters over the lemon pieces and sprinkle with lemon juice. Garnish with parsley and slices of lemon.

1kg trout
1 lemon
5 tablespoons vegetable oil
garlic
black pepper grains "BIOSET"
1 laurel leaf "BIOSET"
salt on taste
Preparation Method
Smash the garlic and fry it in the oil. When the garlic gets cold, lard the fish with it, then put salt and add the laurel leaf, black pepper grains and oil inside it. Wrap the trout up with parchment paper or folio and bake at 200°.
