1/2kg beef meat
2 tomatoes
1/2 cucumbers
1 onion
2 water onion
3 cloves of garlic
parsley
1 pinch of cumin "BIOSET"
ground black pepper "BIOSET"
7 tablespoons of vegetable oil
salt on taste For sauce: 1/2 rope of mint
1 yoghurt
Preparation Method
Grate the onion, smash the garlic. Mix the onion, 2/3 of the garlic and the minced beef meat and add spices. Shape the mixture into meatballs and brown in a frying pan. Cut the mint and mix with yoghurt and the rest of the garlic, add salt and black pepper on taste. Cut the water onion and tomatoes in 4 pieces. Cut the cucumber into circles. Put vegetables in plates and put meatballs over them. Garnish with parsley. Serve the sauce separately.

Ingredients
1 kg veal
150g onion
750g seed onions
2 cloves garlic
1 tablespoons tomato paste
1 tablespoons flour
200ml wine
200ml water
100ml vegetable oil
1 bunch of parsley
1 tablespoon red pepper "BIOSET"
black pepper "BIOSET"
2-3 laurel "BIOSET"
pimento "BIOSET"
savory "BIOSET"
salt on taste
Preparation Method
Cut the meat to pieces. Fry the onion in vegetable oil without letting brown, add the meat. When the onion is ready add the tomatoes, flour, red pepper, laurel, pimento, black pepper, savory and salt. Pour the meat with wine and water and boil. When the meat is almost ready add the seed onions and garlic. Simmer the dish on slow fire. Garnish with parsley.
